Fungi Farming

​​  Not only is there a “plant barn,” but we need to make a little more room for our edible mushrooms. We’ve long been hip to the standard wild edible mushrooms like Chanterelles, Morels, chicken of the woods etc, but now we’ve decided to up the ante by colonizing 50 logs with Shiitake and Reishi mushroom plugs. If you have a chance to take the 2 hour advanced trail on horseback you’ll get to the see our stacked logs deep in the woods, hopefully hanging with some fun guys.
